Is the surface magnetic?
Yes. The tempered glass surface is magnetic, allowing you to use strong rare-earth magnets to securely attach notes, printouts, and reminders. Standard fridge magnets are usually not powerful enough to hold on the glass surface.

Can I use any marker on this glass whiteboard?
For the best results, we recommend dry-erase or wet-erase markers designed for glass boards. These wipe off cleanly without ghosting or staining. Avoid using permanent markers, but if accidentally used, a little rubbing alcohol or a special whiteboard cleaner will remove the ink.

How heavy is the whiteboard, and do I need special support?
The board weighs 24kg. When wall mounting, it must be installed into a solid wall or reinforced studwork to ensure stability. If you are using a mobile stand, make sure the stand is rated to support at least 25kg.

Can the Glass Whiteboard be mounted horizontally and vertically?
Yes. The concealed fixings allow the board to be mounted either horizontally (landscape) or vertically (portrait), depending on your preference and available wall space.

Is the glass safe if it breaks?
The whiteboard is made from 4.5mm thick tempered safety glass, which is far stronger than standard glass. In the unlikely event that it does break, tempered glass is designed to shatter into small blunt fragments rather than sharp shards, reducing the risk of injury.
